Consolidate multiple excel file by find header contains

Hi All,

I have around 100 excel files with different sheet name.

In that excel workbook have around 5 columns which not constants as well

So requirements  are read all the excel file with any sheet name. find the contains in headers and consolidate in one excel file.

Please guide me.
