While we won't do the work for you, I can suggest that you familiarize yourself with the Filter Tool & Union Tool.

I have used the filter tool and but when i bring together both nodes, I am not being able to get a space between the segregation. Hence, need some guidance.

You can use a Text Input tool to create however many "blank" rows you need and union that in as well.
