Automation - workaround

Hi All,

Need some suggestions and workaround for a specific activity.

There are many projects where an alteryx workflow is used to query yesterday’data, date is added as the filename and saved.( very light files starts from 20 -400) max rows.

Example -

2024-09-26

2024-09-25

The teams responsible to consume this, will copy the data , put it in a monthly file - add few columns to the data or change value of a specific row and save the monthly file.

What is the easiest or are there any feasible ways to automate this step?

The goal is to keep the additional comments and any manual touch made to the rows but get rid of the copy-paste step.

Yes, there are several ways how to do it.

Would you like that the monthly report will be generated at the end of the month or will be ongoing thing, that each time the new lines will add up? Or in other words would this automation will run monthly or daily or weekly?
