Alteryx to Format Incoming File to Specific Output

Hello Alteryx Community

Wondering if someone could help with formatting the below incoming file?

File we receive daily

We manually convert to the below

Wanted to see if it was possible to automate this?  Sometimes the file size is hundreds of rows.

Thank you

@Emmanuel_G  @BS_THE_ANALYST  - Thank you both.  The one thing I should have clarified is the "person" column is actually sensitive information for the actual person.  So that column will actually change and not reflect the word "Person 1" or "Person 2".   Is there a way to adjust for this?  Thank you again

Find the workflow adapted with a little modification😉.

I replaced the values Person1 and Person2 by real ones.

Let me know if this solution is ok for your issue.
