Error link Alteryx Connect to Alteryx Gallery

Dear Alteryx Connect Community,

When I try to connect Alteryx Connect to Alteryx Gallery, I get the error below:
However, I'm populating correctly the credentials of the gallery admin.
Could you please give me some guides to solve the error?

could you pls provide more details how your connection settings to Gallery look like? Also providing Connect logs would provide more information on that.

I was able to get the solution. I was using the wrong credentials 🙂
