Did you know that when you pass an Alteryx Certification exam, you actually earn two badges? That’s right! You get a shiny new badge on your Community profile right away, and you also receive a virtual badge from Credly.
What’s the Difference?
Your Community badge is visible to other users on the Alteryx Community, while the Credly badge is out there for the whole Internet to admire. Plus, with your Credly profile, you can:

Generate and print your certificates.

Share your badge on social media.

Get a badge link for job or school verification.
What’s the Housekeeping About?
Our Certification Team has issued over 125,000 Credly badges (wow!), but a small percentage of these badges have not been accepted yet. These badges are just sitting there, gathering dust, waiting for their owners to claim them. After 2 years, unclaimed badges expire, and it’s time to clean up any that have been left unaccepted for more than 30 days.
On August 28, 2024, the Credly team will help us clean up any badges that have been unclaimed for more than 30 days. If you earned a certification badge but have not accepted it yet, please log in to your Credly account today and claim it!
What Happens If You Don’t Claim Your Badge by August 28?
If your badge is not accepted by August 28, it will be sent back to Credly. But don’t worry—our Certification Team can reissue it for you. Send us an email at Certification@alteryx.com, and we will get you your badge. Here’s a quick template with the information we need from you to make it even easier:

Ongoing Housekeeping
We will be keeping our Credly badges tidy on a regular basis from now on! Starting September 1, 2024, and then every 60 days, any unaccepted Credly badges will be sent back. This helps us ensure that our badge inventory stays up-to-date and ready for those who have earned them.
