I figured out that the Percentage field needed to use the SmartRound function in order to get the answers to match the solution, but I'm not sure that I know exactly what the SmartRound function does.  Anyone care to explain?

Also, I think the solution is flawed in that the "Total Count" should be 1839, not 1850.  11 cases were filtered out because of incomplete data, so we shouldn't be counting those, should we?

I also have the same doubt. But, output file given in the start file contains 1850 counts. So, worked to achieve that output.
