So with the help of this post, the reason for extra delimiter is that the data formatted twice - in JSON Build Tool and Output Data Tool.

Instead of using JSON as File Format in Output Data Tool, just simply change to CSV, use \0 (null) as delimiter and uncheck 'First Row Contains Field Names'.
