I was a bit stuck on trying to get this to work with Distance. I tried using cross tab to transform the data and don't really understand why that didn't work at all.

However, once I looked up which shape I needed (spatial info) it worked well. Almost too well, it took me a minute to realise that the first shape had done the heavy lifting for spatial info (creating the polyline).

Hey, I'm getting the hang of spatial!  Very interesting.

Process:
- Pull forward destination centroid with Multi-Row tool
- Create line between start and destination centroids
- Calculate distance between start and destination centroids
- Summarise: Group by Rep, Sum of distance, Combine travel vectors
- Sort by LengthMi (desc)
