Very slight differences in the results, but not sure why and I think they are immaterial.

Process:
- Calculate monthly average and annual average
- Join monthly average and annual average with original data
- Replace null monthly averages with annual average
- Replace null weekly averages with monthly average
- ARIMA tool with weekly target frequency on weekly units
- TS Predict weekly to 6 periods
