PLEASE NOTE:
I have changed the start time to 3PM EST.
Agenda:
-Maximizing utility of Alteryx outputs
- Using a combination of the blob tool and the preserve formatting function within the output tool to utilize existing Excel templates for Alteryx outputs.
- Using dynamic methods to rename the template and or range
- Render / Reporting tools tips and tricks
- creating an index with hyperlinks through the reporting tools
-Chained Apps demonstration
-Workshop session for solving open issues in member use cases.
This is meant to be non-formal, informative and fun way of sharing ideas, best practices, and case studies with a group of peers across the Tampa community. We have a full agenda for topics to discuss and open participation is encouraged but certainly not required if you want to just listen and learn. There are a number of nice restaurants near PwC that we can go to after the user group meeting for food and drinks.
Date: 05/01
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 pm EST
Location: PWC Office
4040 W Boy Scout Blvd, Tampa
Guest parking is available in the parking garage located adjacent to the office on N Grady Ave. The parking garage can be accessed by entering from N Grady Ave or the access road connected to the roundabout in the middle of the Metwest International complex.
Please RSVP if you intend to attend the meeting and we will have printed up guest passes for you at the PwC front desk to grant you access through security. I will be escorting people from the lobby to the training room. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early prior to the meeting as I will need to escort people to the training room.

Thanks again for hosting. I'd be interested to see if anyone can help with a solution I'm working on. I'm an admin and have access to the server APIs. I'm trying to download all of the workflows saved on to the Gallery and then read the xml for each. I'm trying to read all of the Input sources for each. One of our data sources will be changing to a different server so we are trying to find all of the workflows that are pulling from this particular location so we can get ahead of them failing.

Thank you for sharing your question here, @BonusCup. I recommend also posting in one of the Discussions Boards for more visibility. 😊
