Hello all !
is a NETWORKDAYS and TIME formula possible? and if so, what would that look like?
For example...
Todays date is 27/10/2023
Email comes in 26/10/2023
Email time was 22:35
My current formula as NETWORKDAYS would count that email as 2 days old, counting the day received and then todays date.
However, I don't want it to count the day it is received, as this is DAY 0. So at this point it should then count the email as DAY 1 today.
Additionally, because the email was received after 5pm, it is then classed as the next working day, so it should then count the email as DAY 0 today.

Yes, with Alteryx - that is possible.
For network days, please refer here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Desktop-Discussions/Networkdays-in-Alteryx/td-p/70...
For your time condition, you just need to add it in once.
If you need help, kindly provide sample data and expected outputs. I can build something up for you.
