Certificate did not received

I have completed the Alteryx Designer Core certification exam on 2 Oct 2022. But I didn’t receive the email from receiving admin@credly.com which accept the badge. Anyone help me? Thanks for helping with this matter.

Firstly congratulations on passing the core certification!

 

It doesn't look like the badge is on your profile either, i'd drop certification@alteryx.com an email and they should be able to help.
