Build a Starter kit

Hello everyone, I want to build a starter kit like Snowflake, but I haven't seen any related documents or tutorials.
Does anyone have any idea how to build a starter kit for Alteryx Designer?

I recall seeing a number of Alteryx Starter Kits on the license / download page. Have you checked it there?
