split a column and convert "dimension" to "measure"

I have a data challenge that I'm unable to figure out on my own.  I have multiple weeks of data with 5 measures per week for each item i'm trying to track.  The system I'm pulling from has limitations in output so I need to convert the following from left example to right example.  Any help on an Alteryx workflow to do this for me?  Thanks in advance!

Hi David,

I am in Regex mode today so I threw in a regex, you could also use string functions (LEFT) to pull out the week.

Once you have that the Crosstab flips the data for you.

I included some simple data.
