server run workflow suddenly error with many wrong fuzzymatch

our company server recenly upgraded to 2024.2.1.14, a little lower version than current 2024.2 , may i ask could this be the reason causing so many huge wrong fuzzy matching error as attachment. Before then there is no so many errors. YOur prompt reply appreciated.

Server 24.2 is still on patch 1, so there could be issues with the fuzzy matching.

Version 24.1 is on patch 5 and 23.1 on patch 11, which means the number of rounds of bug fixes they went through.

I would reach out to Alteryx support from your mission control portal (my.alteryx.com) and flag this as a possible bug for them to evaluate and fix.

@lilyyangadsk A couple of things.

1) I cannot see the error messages so not sure what makes you bothered.

2) At least, we need info about which version you installed to locate the issue.

3) Your provided data contains a lot of company name that actually exist. Confirm providing those data in public community does not violate information security policy of your organization(It does, I guess)

The error is that I screenshot the mismatched company name, thanks for reminder i have deleted wrong matched data, but there are almost $2M errors fuzzymatch matched wrongly. I tested on pc fuzzymatch no error. The server version I also have attached already; here is the attached server version again. Would appreciate it if you could check the server bug and fix it ASAP, so that we can reply on Alteryx matching tool still. Thank you very much.

Thank you, pls can let me know how it is. Everytime server upgrade, fuzzymatch got wrong match. Last update same issue.
