Workflow & Collection Tab issue

Hi,

I am new to Alteryx. I have publisher access and the workflows I developed became unresponsive suddenly. Though I can see them, I am not able to open them. They are unresponsive showing "loading" on the screen. Similary the Collections tab is behaving the same.

Please advise.

 Hi @SrinivasT,

Open an instance of Task Manager from the Server that host the Gallery.  On the 'Services' tab, you should see 'AlteryxService' and the Status should say 'Running'.

Thanks Wayne,

Alteryx is in running state. I later found out from support team, that LDAP authentication was not working. The issue now is why only a certain domain controller (which is down) is being used, when it has to switch dynamically to an alternative domain controller. Trying to find if domain controller name has somwhere cached in settings or backend Mongo DB. 

Please advise.
