If your Server is on version 2021.3 or earlier, you need to first upgrade to version 2022.1 before proceeding with the next steps.

If the installer isn`t available in the downloads portal, you must request it by opening a ticket with support through the case portal. I don`t remember exactly, but maybe the installers are handled by another team, and in that case, you have to e-mail fulfillment@alteryx.com
