I need to use Alteryx Server but when configuring it I get an error

Hello

I need to use Alteryx server, I already installed it but when I finish the configuration it sends me the following error:

Alteryx Service failed to initialize, likely due to inconsistent RuntimeSettings.xml file:

No se puede iniciar el servicio de Colas, la licencia es insuficiente

I don't know if this is because I need some special permission or role. Does anyone know why it's sending me that error?

I currently use and license Alteryx Designer.

Have you followed all the install instructions? The service is not starting and the most common cause for that on a new install is not having run through the Settings, which will in turn set the RuntimeSettings.xml file. The other common reason is the Server license not being set up.

Past that, there would be more information needed in order to troubleshoot.

Can alteryx server be installed and configured on a laptop? It is the equipment I am using

Do you have an Alteryx Server license? Alteryx Server "could" be set up on Laptop if it met the requirements here:

Are you running
