Error when trying to config to Worker Node

I am trying to install a worker node and connect to a Alteryx Server controller. I am using the token, but when I try to test or go Next I am receiving the Error: Alteryx Service and Client are incompatible.

 

I already tested ping and telnet and the servers are connected.

 

Can someone help me?

@gustavosf,

 

Make sure you are using the correct token. We see this when the wrong token is used. If that does not work, please contact alteryx support. They should be able to resolve the issue for you.
