It is the organic increase of the Gallery, which is a good thing. Instead of narrowing the user`s permissions, I would suggest a few actions:
- MongoDB schedule analysis: Check if there are schedules from users that already left the company or that doesn`t need them or that are with the error status for too long
- MongoDB user analysis: Check how the users are testing the workflows. Something you have a few users testing long workflows non-stop and it is just a matter of training these users
- Workflow Optimization: Check the execution time from all workflows running on the Gallery and select the ones taking the longest to do a detailed analysis for performance improvement
- Scaling up/out the server: Sometimes it is time to add more cores to your server.
Most of the data can be found in the Usage Report. It is only a matter of adapting the workflows to your benefit.
