We have a user who has ~60 workflows he's ready to set schedules up for. We have scheduling enabled through the Gallery only. Is there any way he can manage these in bulk, rather than setting up each schedule individually? If not through the front end, can schedules be managed through the API, or even directly through MongoDB, as an admin service?
This sounds like it'll be a manual exercise. As far as I know, there are no suitable API endpoints for creating schedules, and fabricating the necessary records within the MongoDB would be near-impossible and not supported by Alteryx.
Ok, thanks. I wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something. I think the best we can do is to suggest running each as a macro from a master workflow and scheduling that, then using containers to deactivate individual processes as required.
