Hi

 

Alteryx server suddenly went down and was in stopped state. How to check what caused the service to go in stopped state?

You will want to start with the Alteryx Service Logs and Alteryx Gallery logs. There, you want to search for  "FATAL" or "ERROR." If you don't see anything there that would indicate an issue, you might try the Windows Event Viewer to see if there could have been something on the Windows side resulting in Alteryx to crash.

I cannot determine anything from the logs. It doesnt have anything with FATAL but many with error but none that indicate reason for alteryx crash. Not sure where else to look.
