Alteryx server 2023.1

Hello all,

We are currently running Alteryx server 2023.1 and we just created a new DEV server. What is the easiest way I can export our current production connections/settings to our new server we just created?

Tableau has a very easy CLI that allows you to export settings and then import it to a fresh server. I was wondering if Alteryx had something similar. If not, please just let me know other alternatives.

Hi @jamesvang ,

This process is called Host Recovery. You only have to follow this tutorial and you are done.

It looks complex but if you follow all the steps, you should be fine.
