Alteryx gallery suddenly stopped working

We have a Alteryx server set up with mongo-db and gallery configured on it. The gallery suddenly stopped working and we are unable to load it from browser or download workflows in designer.

 

Have reached out to alteryx regarding the same, but no response from support. Has anyone else faced this issue? we really need to get this sorted as most of our org functions are dependent of this.

 

we at least need a way to download all workflows from server since we don't have a local copy.
