Alteryx gallery non-specific error

I tried running a 15mb alteryx app on my private studio in gallery, It has a very simple text entry and list selection, sometimes this app throws a weird non-specific error which i am not able to debug

If the error is non-specific for you, it'll certainly be even more non-specific for us to help troubleshoot the issue without more information about your workflow. :)

You mention that it has some simple interface questions, but a 15mb Alteryx file (app) is unusually large which leads me to believe that it's a complex workflow and potentially hard coding large data tables (text input box usually) that may not be unpacking correctly in preparation for execution.

If you administer the server, I'd suggest reviewing the Gallery and Controller (AlteryxService) logs. Those may lend additional clues to why it may be getting errors.
