Has anyone used the Alteryx Server via Districts to allow end users to write "tickets" like Jira to the centralized team?
For instance, writing something that requires approval from HoDs or Managers before a request can be processed, or even to launch a workflow from UAT to Prod?
How about using it as a contact form / questionnaire to understand use cases? Can it be connected to a DB as a storage?
Curious to know what happens if a duplicate entry enters - can the workflow detect all unique instances well?
Or don't reinvent the wheel and stick to Jira / whatever software tracking we have?
