Alteryx Gallery Access Issues

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing an issue related to Alteryx Gallery. My users can't access the gallery via local machine. This issue are frequently happens in a month. However gallery can be access inside the server. Every time this issue happened, I check service Alteryx is running and what I do is restart the server, however this solution is temporary.

I tried looking at the Gallery logs and the below is what i find but I'm not able to decode it

We have also raised a support ticket with Alteryx Support a week back and still awaiting their responses. I am hopeful  someone in our Alteryx community would have encountered this and would be able to assist me how we can avoid it.
