Transpose certain column headers and repeat row for every column transposed.

Hi All, 

Been spinning my wheels quite a bit. I need certain column headers (A-F) to become a cell and for the value to come along with it. I would need the rows to repeat for every column (A-F). I put a visual on what my end goal would be. This would also be happing for multiple names, not just one.

Hi @erickg413, can you setup the config of your transpose tool to mimic what I have in my screenshot below and confirm if it gives you what you are looking for?

You will have to use a Select tool after the Transpose to rename the column to Department.
