Python interactive section gives error

Hi All,

Am a first time user of Python tool in Alteryx.

Am not able to write the python code in the tool. The interactive section does not open, it gives me this error.

Unrecoverable :shutdown alteryx , fix this error, then restart
Could not create a job to manage a process: Access is denied.

Please help.
