Email pick excel out file from share drive daily

Hi All ,

My requirement is sending excel file to user days wise and having two tabs data from share drive .file formate is xxxx-yyyymmdd.xlsx and need to pick up file from share dirve when user run alteryx . Please help

Hi @kumaasho 

You may want to leverage the "File name from field value" option within the email tool. If you have a directory tool that pulls the list of files, then leverage some filtering logic to isolate the latest file in the folder by sorting and then using a sample tool to pull the first record, it will always pass through the latest file. Then if your email tool is set up to pull the path from that field, you will be all set.
