My use case it that - if use has either of service line zipcode or zipcode by dma , then he/she should be able to process further in the

You can do this by making use of the Error Message tool.
Please find attached a sample workflow. Here it throws an error if no values are entered in either of the interface elements. If one of them has a value, the workflow runs through.

Assuming I understand your requirements correctly, you want your users to be able to select one of the two options, but not both.
What I would suggest is to use radial buttons to collapse the containers that contain your input tools. Then from your interface designer, you can nest your interface tool questions within the radial buttons and from there select to collapse groups when unselected.
