taking data from rows and putting into a template

I have been trying to take the data from the Sandbox report rows 8-11 and put it into the proposal template. I will need parse out some of the data from the report prior to moving into the report but I know how to do all of that. each row 8-11 will need a separate template. is this possible? also, the amount of rows can change on a day to day basis, is it possible for Alteryx to read how many rows there are and create the same number of templates?

@sericson This can be done in Alteryx with the help of a batch macro and the blob tools
