Combine two inputs, replace the column and join them together

Hi all! Could you please help me how to combine these to inputs to get the table marked in yellow in the output3 file?

So firstly I need to check the column Identifier_Value and see if there are the same the same data in  VenueCptyLEI column under in the second table. I can see that its the only one - 549300EHK4N5BM3GPC35 (I marked it in red) and then I need to combine these two tables to have date just for the value and in the end named the column as VenueCptyLEI just like in the last table marked in yellow.

@howyoudoing Join tool will give you the common records from both the tables.
