"Password is empty" when running scheduled task with Python tool

Hi guys, I'm running Alteryx Designer (v. 2022.3.1.430) and have a Python tool configured to run SQL statements against a Snowflake db. In Python I'm using the snowflake.connector module to connect to Snowflake and the keyring module to retrieve the Snowflake password from the Windows Credentials Vault.

 

The Alteryx workflow runs without issue manually, but fails with a "Password is empty" error when scheduled. The same Windows user used to run the workflow manually was used to configure the scheduled task.

 

Any suggestions on what could cause this is greatly appreciated.
