The workflow included there is very similar to what you would need for this use case.
Also, it would be very helpful if you could include more details in your posts as to what you are looking for specifically (i.e. Describe your problem, describe what you have tried so far, describe what you are hoping to achieve). The sample input and output is helpful, but forces those who may want to assist to parse through only the file you included and guess as to what it is that you need.
