migrating computers and users from an AD domain to another one : impact on designer licens

hello

we are about to migrate users and computers from one AD domain to another one

is there an impact on designer licenses ?

let's say user is now Domain1\User1. tomorrow, it will me moved to Domain2\User1 but with the same mail address

on the computers, a new windows profile will be created

will desginer continue to work .?
