input data with existing formula

hi all, 

i having problem to input the data with pre-existing formula in the spreadsheet. Attached file for your assistance. 

i just want the column 1. Code & 2. 1st 12 Session (meet 80or more) . 

the output turn out is 000 instead of "yes"

Is it possible to modify the original Excel File?
The column "1st 12 Session" is of Date Format in Excel which will be read in by Alteryx in Datetime Format.
So if we change it to "Text" in Exccel, it can be corrected readin.

Or we can bring the formula into alteryx.
