Workflow creation to check schedules

Hi,

 

Let's say I have hundreds of workflows, some of which depend on other workflows. All workflows are scheduled to run and uploaded to a gallery.

 

How can I ensure that the workflows will execute in the correct order? Is there any monitoring tool available that allows us to check all the schedules?

 

Can a custom workflow be created to produce the desired output in a .pdf report format?

 

Please assist.
