Using 2 tables (Case and CaseComment) in the Salesforce Output Tool to create a case in SF

We're trying to create a case in Salesforce using the Salesforce Output tool. We are currently using the Case table but one field (Internal Case Comment) that we need to fill in is not present in the Case table but is a member of the CaseComment table. Is it possible to use 2 tables on the same request? Appreciate if someone can tell me how to do that.
