I have a workflow that sends emails to a lot of people based on a column in a spreadsheet. For some reason, people from certain countries receive more than one email whereas the rest of the countries, they are not.
Kindly help with a solution for this strange behaviour?

To expand on @Raj 's point, the Email tool will send one email per record passed into that tool. So if the email shows up multiple times, it'll get multiple emails!
