Trouble in connecting the Oracle DB

I am facing problem in connecting to the Oracle Database. I am getting the following message. I tried searching out this on the other discussion forum, but could not get any help. Can some help me on this. I have tried making the DB connection, but I get the following error.

After going with your advice, I am getting the following message. Due to certain restriction I cannot change the to 64 oracle client, please advice what can be done
