How to apply a vloop up in existing workflow

At the Select tool, required fields didn't come into output because "Unknown" is not checked.

Please use attached file.

You can use Join tool to vlookup.

But there is the problem.

2 record of N Sep20.xlsx have the same Invoice num, so the data is multiplying at Join tool.

You can use unique tool to remove the data. But I don't know how to handle ”N Sep20.xlsx”.
