Track each team members work progress

Hi all,
 : 
I want to monitor each and every team members work status at any point of time. Wherein it has to provide the details of the task like :

1. What is the task?

2. Who assigned to it whom?

3. When was it assigned?
4. What's the progress of the task? Like is it pending/in progress/completed. These comments should be added manually by the individual. 
5. No. of days since the task was assigned. This can be incremented each day until the status column is set to completed.

Also can this be scheduled? Although I want to see the work progress at any point of time.

What have you already tried? Have you already read other Community posts or used the Search function? Do you have a sample workflow to post?  Perhaps just try Excel, it's a great tracking tool.

 

For new Alteryx users: mention if you have completed both of these learning tasks for beginners:

 

Do you not know where to start, still staring at a blank canvas?

 

Include sample input and expected output:  Use Excel attachments or tables (not an image) in the text of your question

 

Spend some time to provide sample input that represents the true full spectrum of your actual data.

  • Make sure the data types in your sample data are correct
  • If the order of the input data can be different, and you have no option to get it sorted as it exists in your input data, mention this important point
  • Sometimes field names can be important, leading to one solution over another

I did use the search function, I couldn't find any related post. I have completed 70-80% of the links you've mentioned. Like you asked I have attached the sample input and output data under this query wherein all the blank fields in the Input file have to be manually updated by the individual and it is made available for the managers to track their progress.

For the data on your Output sheet that does not exist on your Input sheet, where will that data come from?

I did mention about it the above reply. "wherein all the blank fields in the Input file have to be manually updated by the individual" keeping in mind that each member of the team have access to the Alteryx workflow. Or is there a way to make use of Auto Insights?
