To Validate if first and second rows are unique in the entire column

Hi

Can some one help me on the below query please?

i have concatenated multiple fields in a seperate column. In the next column i need to validate if the first and second row of the concatenate column are same

I have attached the snapshot of calculated way in the excel

My expected output should be as below.

CONCATENATE	VALIDATE
2456CHECK1	False
2456CHECK2	False
2456CHECK2	True
2312CHECK1	False
2312CHECK1	True
2312CHECK2	False
