Text to Columns & Transpose Tool

Hey everyone! I have a Alteryx question that's similar to what I saw on the desktop exam but it's confusing because there's only one answer choice that can be made. Below is the question with potential answer choices. Assistance or references in Alteryx to topics would be greatly appreciated!

Question: Which tool takes the provided input and creates the following output?

A. Transpose

B. Summarize

C. Text to Columns

D. Cross Tab

NOTE: Attached is the configuration I used for both the text to columns and Transpose tool. In the output, it should only have The Region and Value (city, beach, ocean, etc), but as you can see, it has the Type# included as well. There is only one correct answer I can select.

Hey @alexnajm and @Raj , the above question is not a question on the exam. Just making up data for context and to get a picture of what I'm asking. But I'll check out the examples of each tool
