TS Model Factory Tool #64 Error

I have built a forecasting model and it works fine for me, I shared the same workflow with a teammate to apply the logic to their location. They keep getting this error even though we are using the same data set up just different information. 'Tool #64: The target field contains NA values, which are incompatible with Time Series Factory. Consider imputing these values.' We dug through their dataset and the 'Value' column does not have any 'NA' values it is only numbers and is set to double. What could be causing this issue?

I know you mentioned no ‘NA’ values, but have you definitely gone through all of the data? The error tends to indicate that there are nulls within the field, even if it is just one.
