Hello, since upgrading to 2024.1 our DCM connection to Sharepoint 365 (Cloud) has stopped working. It still works as expected on designer and allows us to synchronize to the gallery however when we go to the gallery we get an error as attached.
I think prior to upgrading our server to 2024.1 we used to have a technology option called Sharepoint 365 (Cloud) Input Files. We still have this available on designer when dragging the sharepoint input tool onto the canvas, however this doesnt appear to be an option on the gallery.
We have installed the Sharepoint add-on on our server in addition to our local machines.
Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
Thanks

Hi @Connor_Baines - With the upgrade to 24.1 there was a python upgrade to 3.10. This required a new version of all python based tools including SharePoint. Please ensure that both the Designer and the Server have this new version of the tool installed. The latest and greatest 2.7.0 connector was just released last week https://marketplace.alteryx.com/account/apps/125cad2d-f523-45fa-bb2d-af4081d9192d/download_files?249...

Hi @TimothyH I have checked and both Designer and server are on version 24.1 which uses Python 3.10.
I have updated the Sharepoint tool to 2.7.0 on both designer and server, however we are still getting the same issue where it works correctly on designer but the DCM connection wont sync to the gallery.
Thanks

Hi @Connor_Baines Is it possible that the Server wasn't configured to allow synchronization after the install?

Hi @Connor_Baines Sounds like you have everything configured properly and if it all worked before the upgrade I would assume your SharePoint admin has permissions granted correctly as well. I would open a ticket in Mission Control

Hi @cpatterson03 yes in the end I uninstalled the non admin version we had installed on the server and reinstalled using the Admin version. This seemed to resolve the issue

Hi @Connor_Baines , Could you please clarify the resolution involving the admin/non-admin version of Designer? Was that installed on your local workstations or the server? My understanding is Server is always Admin and not interchangable with Designer Desktop, however, I do learn new things about Designer and Server everyday. We are having a similar issue with SP access on server and have been using either the Python or Download tools which interact with the SharePoint API.
