Separate out merged cells by row lines in alteryx without duplicating data

I have a an automated email use case wherein I want to merge duplicate data into a single cell but if the merged data contains multiple rows of data next to it in other columns, those rows should be separated by row lines. The issue and desired result are shown below. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

I have seen a couple of posts suggesting to use text to columns tool but when I try it, the ticker and company gets duplicated in other rows, which we do not want happening.
