I am working to automate our CRM data collection process through downloading our support inbox as a csv file and scrubbing it for data in alteryx.
The data needed is in the "body" of the email. What I have done so far is to split text to columns by line to create the "input" tab.
I am looking to transform it into a table like the "output" tab. The tricky aspect is that there can be multiple usernames & balances tagged to each email. Rather lost as I am very new to Alteryx and data analytics in general.
Any help would be appreciated!
